Now at Rainbow Bridge....

The dogs who have come into our lives and left all too quickly will never be forgotten. This page is dedicated to them and the wonderful memories shared.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

CHASE'N MY DREAMS "Chase McCoy Whitney" 5/23/2003-3/29/2008

This photo was taken the day Chase made his journey across Rainbow Bridge. Chase had a positive outlook on life even when he was left with seizures. He lived a great life though it was cut short; only two months shy of his 5th birthday.

His drive was to retrieve, but his passion was the Tennis Ball & Chuck It. He was so focused at always returning the ball to us not matter what. He received his AKC Canine Good Citizen @ 11 months of age. He received his Companion Dog Title (CD) in the three minimum shows required.

His "special person" was Amanda. He would do anything for her. They loved to cuddle together under a blanket on the living room floor. He was always searching Amanda out if she left his sight for too long. They were inseparable.

This is what a good friend & animal communicator told us:

He is not frightened or lost    he has found the light he says     he is helping all of you    he is as young and free as a healthy puppy   he wants you to be the same way    that will be no disrespect to him he says   in fact it will honor his memory if you do so     Be happy and remember all of the fun you have had together     He loves you all and knows with out a doubt how much he is loved.    He thanks you for loving him enough to help him out of his physical body and be free.

Right now we are still mourning his loss but,  have not lost him, because we have great memories of him and we will see him again, someday.

If you'd like to have your cherished one memorialized here, please send a photo and what you'd like to have included along with it and it will be posted. Mail to: tellell@verizon.net
